Configurable display order for characteristic highlights

Feature highlights (the bullet points within product characteristics) now support explicit ordering through a position field. Previously, highlights were displayed only in the order they were created, with no way for users to rearrange them. Now, both the Marketplace Manager and Developer Portals provide a position dropdown for each highlight, allowing users to control the exact display order.

❗ Important: No action is required for existing products. All existing highlights default to position 1 and retain their current display order. The new position controls are available immediately for any future edits.
